Returns & Exchanges

We understand that things can change, so we are happy to offer full replacement of items if you wish.

Just return the item(s) to us within 7 days of you receiving them and we will happily organise a replacement. If you are unsure what you would like, we can provide you with a store credit that is valid for 12 months. Returns will only be accepted when an item is returned to us new and unused and with all original packaging.

We are unable to exchange or return any SALE items and we are unable to offer a cash refund.

In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged or faulty – please let us know straight away (within 14 days). We can then arrange to have the item uplifted from you and organise a replacement or full refund.

Payment

Orders are considered final once full payment has been received by The Axe. Payment can be made with Visa/Mastercard through our website or can be paid by bank deposit. Once payment has been received you will be notified by email and the item will be despatched.

Please note that bank deposits may not show up until the day after you have made the payment.

Accuracy

We go to great lengths to ensure all information and product information on our website is accurate. However some slight variances in colour can occur – if you have any concerns about this then please just get in touch.
