Picker's Pocket Blue Lemongrass tea is an organically grown colour changing brew! Water brings out a turquoise blue, soda changes colour to a deeper royal blue, and adding a few drops of citrus changes the colour again, this time to purple.
The lemongrass is cut using an invention designed by Ashok, one of the estates key team members. "I grew up on a tea plantation. But I always dreamed of becoming an inventor. At Amba Estate we needed a machine to cut our lemongrass better. So I made one, using only things I could finding the area. My chopper cuts the lemongrass perfectly every time. I'm honoured to share this with you."
