Shipping + Pickups
Due to current high capacity levels and staff shortages within the courier network in New Zealand, we are unfortunately experiencing delays in courier pick-ups and deliveries. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused!
We have free courier delivery on all orders for small (non-furniture) items New Zealand wide over $50. Small (non-furniture) orders under $50 will be charged a flat fee of $7 New Zealand wide.
Furniture deliveries are $90 in the Wellington region including the Kapiti Coast and Wairarapa. Furniture delivery fees to the rest of New Zealand are based on weight and are as follows:
Furniture (10-19.99kgs) to the North Island $95
Furniture (20-59.99kgs) to the North Island $150
Furniture (10-19.99kgs) to the South Island $150
Furniture (20-59.99kgs) to the South Island $225
Shipped items will come partially assembled - for sideboards, TV units and cabinets this often means just legs and handles will need to be attached. For dining tables this means legs will come separate from the table top. Bed frames will require full assembly. All tools require to assemble should be included with your order - generally an allen key is the only tool required. This is to ensure your pieces do not get damaged in transit - if you have any enquiries about the assembly of any of our pieces please get in touch.
Any orders over 60kgs will be assessed for shipping costs on an individual basis.
*Please note that these rates exclude rural or remote addresses. If you provide us with a rural or remote address you will be contacted with a delivery quote after placing your order. We reserve the right to deem whether an address is considered rural or remote after consulting with our freight companies. Couriers to main New Zealand towns and cities will usually be delivered 2-3 working days after your order has been received. Rural couriers can take up to 7 working days. Furniture deliveries will generally take 7-10 days depending on your location. If you have a specific timeframe please let us know. You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
We are unable to send to PO Boxes.
Not all items ‘in stock’ are stored onsite, please allow for sufficient time for these to be ordered from our suppliers or storage spaces.
If you are Wellington based and would rather opt to pick up your furniture items from our Newtown Store please call us on 04 595 1417 or email firstname.lastname@example.org before you purchase online so we can organise this for you.
In order to pick up furniture items from us we require you have a suitable vehicle to fit your items, some form of wrapping or cushioning and in the case of heavier furniture additional people to lift it. We cannot guarantee someone from our team will be able to help you with loading furniture items. If you have any questions or concerns about collecting a piece please get in touch.
