Please note that high capacity levels and staff shortages within the courier network are impacting delivery services ongoing.
Unfortunately weather events are further impacting delivery, with some areas currently prioritising medical necessities. Please check the current Network Status for Castle Parcels, Post Haste, or NZ Couriers before lodging a parcel enquiry.

Small Goods

We deliver New Zealand wide (excluding PO Boxes) for a flat fee of $8.

Couriers to main New Zealand towns and cities will usually be delivered within 5 working days after your order has been picked up. Rural couriers can take up to 10 working days after your order has been picked up.

Our couriers collect every weekday afternoon, excluding public holidays. You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order has been picked. Not all items ‘in stock’ are stored onsite, please allow for sufficient time for these to be collected from our offsite storage spaces or transferred between stores.

Garden Beds

Please note due to these items being oversized, delivery fees are as follows:
To the North Island: $30 per bed
To the South Island: $40 per bed

These rates exclude rural or remote addresses. If you provide us with a rural or remote address you will be contacted with a delivery quote after placing your order. We reserve the right to deem whether an address is considered rural or remote after consulting with our freight companies. Furniture Items

Furniture deliveries are $90 in the Wellington region including the Kapiti Coast and Wairarapa. Furniture delivery fees to the rest of New Zealand are based on weight and are as follows:

To the North Island
Furniture (4-9.99 kgs) $50
Furniture (10-19.99 kgs) $95
Furniture (20-59.99 kgs) $150

To the South Island
Furniture (4-9.99 kgs) $60
Furniture (10-19.99 kgs) $150
Furniture (20-59.99 kgs) $225

Any orders over 60kgs will be assessed for shipping costs on an individual basis.

Shipped items will come partially assembled - for sideboards, TV units and cabinets this often means just legs and handles will need to be attached. For dining tables this means legs will come separate from the table top. Bed frames will require full assembly.  All tools require to assemble should be included with your order - generally an allen key is the only tool required. This is to ensure your pieces do not get damaged in transit - if you have any enquiries about the assembly of any of our pieces please get in touch. 

Furniture deliveries will generally take 7-10 working days depending on your location and current Network Status of the courier network. If you have a specific timeframe please let us know. You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. Not all items ‘in stock’ are stored onsite, please allow for sufficient time for these to be ordered from our suppliers or storage spaces.

Please ensure you fully unwrap and check over your furniture thoroughly on receipt for any issues, and keep hold of all packaging until you are 100% satisfied.
